On Wednesday some of the the Arts Award class went to visit a local Weaver in Mosstodloch as part of the North East Open Studios Trail. We learnt about how to select colours and how to create pattern. Everyone had a try on a small and a large loom tht is run by a computer, creating their own patterns. We were kindly given small kits so we can continue weaving at school. A really interesting and rewarding experience for everyone.
